We have been moving in the fast lane since we boarded our plane for Europe March 18th. Thus far we have visited Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg,Belgium,France Spain,Andorra. Today we traveled back to France. We plan to spend some time in Marseille, Monaco,Italy, Austria, Lichetenstein, then leave from Zurich to Bangkok then home to Oz. Whew!!!!! We have traveled via Swiss Air, rental car, Metro's,trains,buses and walking... walking and more walking!
Beau and I both had cold's the first two weeks. That put a strain on some of our travel. We have found the most difficult part of travel is finding parking within the cities we have visited. Just no where to park and is so frustrating being in constant traffic.Beau commented that it felt like every time you get into the car and drive it feels like your in a race!!!
Because we have been traveling with 8 pieces of luggage that has also created more work when we go in and out of motels. The temperature has changed so many times we have had to keep switching our apparel.The reason for carrying so much this trip was mainly because we were transporting my clothes back to Australia from the USA. Never an easy task for any woman.Our suitcases are showing wear and tear, and I am sure we are too.
Have made the effort when Internet was available to check in with everyone, but it has been sketchy trying to get it all done. My apologies. We will be back in Australia in early May. We have been gone since last August, so we will have a few things waiting on us to do there. We anticipate reopening the gallery in Port MacQuarie when we are settled. We continue to check in on DA and our other sites, but as I mentioned... it is always a question as to Internet access.
So until early May...
